AEquacy Facilitation Certification Program

AEquacy is a human-centered, hierarchy free organizational design and operating system that changes the paradigm of traditional organization and paves the way for greater innovation, collaboration and performance.

Introducing AEquacy into organizations involves a radical change in their culture, the introduction of new ways of being and working within your company and a mentality that allows you to effectively manage high levels of autonomy and a strong assumption of responsibility with respect to your work and contribution to collective results. Supporting this transition in an effective and sustainable way requires a mix of specific knowledge and skills.

We have developed the AEquacy Facilitation Certification Program (AFCP) to accompany you step by step to the level of competence necessary towards the implementation of AEquacy, whether you are a professional internal or external to the company who intends to accompany individual teams, divisions, or an entire organization on this path.

The program is structured into 3 modules of 3 days each, interspersed with a period of practice to integrate the tools acquired. The classroom approach will be highly experiential in order to guarantee the necessary space to practice implementing the principles and practices of AEquacy. In addition, the certification program includes the participation in an AEquacy Taster, the one-day workshop that we designed to allow those interested in AEquacy or self-organization in general to experience the difference in effectiveness between AEquacy and the hierarchical paradigm.

The AEquacy Facilitator certification allows you to implement AEquacy within individual teams or organizations autonomously (up to 50 people involved) or with supervision (with implementations involving more than 50 people), to facilitate the AEquacy Taster with your customers or prospects and freely implement the individual practices acquired.
